Protect Conductor Rod

The product are formed in a helical, or spiral pattern to accommodate various sized of conductor. When they are wrapped around a conductor, they form a tube with an inside diameter approximately 20% small than the outside diameter of the conductor, maintaining a natural and constant tripping action. Armor conductor rods reinforce conductors at the support points. Wrapped on the conductor by hand, they do not require special tool. They provide restorative holding strength where some of the conductor strands are damaged. They help protect conductor and strand from damaged caused by vibration, chafing, arc-over and concentrated clamp stresses.

Features:

Armor conductor rods have proved to be an effective solution to many problems of line safety, construction and maintenance.

The armor conductor rod are flexible and exercise no restraint upon bending of the conductor.

Armor conductor rods are applied in the simplest manner by hand, and the worker can be easily completed without any special tools or difference due to personal factors.
